Directions

Apply morning and/or evening: warm the milk between the palms of your hands.
Apply using upward strokes, using your flat hand on your arm, and alternating flat hands on your stomach, thighs and buttocks.
Make figure-of-eight movements, applying pressure on the upward movement and coming down gently without pressure.
For soft and smooth skin, apply a body scrub once or twice a week.
