The Care Rewards Program is our rewards program that rewards you every time you shop with BinSina and Holland & Barrett. Earn points on eligible purchases and redeem them for discounts, bonus offers, and exclusive member benefits.

Joining is quick and easy! You can: 1. Create a customer account on our website or mobile app and enrol in Care Rewards. 2. Or register at any BinSina or Holland & Barrett store with the help of our staff. Make sure you are logged in (online) or provide your registered mobile number in-store so your points are tracked correctly.

1. Non-Healthcare Products: 1 AED = 1 point

2. Healthcare & Prescription Items: 4 AED = 1 point

Points are not earned on:

1. Gift cards & any payments other than Online & Cash/Card payments.

2. Taxes and fees

3. Certain discounted or promotional items (as specified in campaign terms)

1. Online/App: Choose to apply your points at checkout.

2. In-Store: Provide your registered mobile number and request to use your points.

Yes. Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned.

Points earned on returned items will be deducted from your balance.

Yes. Your Care Rewards points are linked to your registered mobile number.

1. Online: Log in to your account on the app or website.

2. In-store: Share your registered number with the cashier. Redeemed in-store and online

Only customers with a valid UAE mobile number are eligible to register and participate in the BinSina and Holland & Barrett Care Rewards loyalty program. At this time, the program is exclusive to UAE residents, and points or rewards cannot be earned or redeemed using non-UAE phone numbers.
