At Holland & Barrett, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer convenient return and exchange options to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.

Return & Exchange Timeframe

  • Returns: Accepted within 2 days of receiving your order.
  • Exchanges: Accepted within 5 days of receiving your order.

Please note:

  • Returns requested after 48 hours from delivery will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Exchanges requested after 5 days from delivery cannot be processed.
  • Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation.

Return Methods

We offer two easy ways to return or exchange your items:

  1. In-Store Return or Exchange

Visit any Holland & Barrett store in the UAE with the product and the original receipt.
Our store team will assist you with the return or exchange process.

  1. Courier Pickup Return

Can’t visit a store? No problem. Simply contact our Customer Service Team to arrange a courier pickup from your location:

Once the return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of the refund status.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition and packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) or Card on Delivery orders, please share your bank account details for refund processing.
  • Refunds may take up to 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Double-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card provider (some delays may occur).
  3. Contact your bank for further clarification.

If you’ve completed all steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.

Shipping & Return Charges

  • Return Shipping Fees: If the return is arranged via courier, applicable shipping and handling charges will be deducted from your refund.
  • Returns in Transit:
    • If you request a return while the product is still in transit, courier approval is required.
    • Upon approval, any operational or return fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
    • If the courier does not approve the return during shipping, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
