      I have tried b12 tablets as I can't get my vitamin B12 injection tablets did not work for me so I got the spray and find it works for me

      I have no idea if the actual spray is supplementing my Vit D levels up bit the spray is a good size (handbag sized), pleasant tasting and easy to use. I'd recommend.

      After first dose the bottle mechanisms seized up and I have not been able to use again, poor quality.

      I have found this form of B12 is excellent. I have more energy than I remember having in a long time. The spray pump became clogged after a week or so and took a lot of soaking and cleaning out to get it working again. The liquid seems to crystallise and block the spray. Contents, when you can get at them are excellent though.

      This is so easy to take and they do give me a boost. I sometimes have a few squirts before going out if I�m flagging and it perks me up. plus no need to take with food like other supplements so I can take whenever I remember.
