11 months agoI'd been looking for a B12 spray because I've heard it has better absorption than the tablets. This spray is good, it has a nice taste and hopefully it is doing the job (although it's obviously hard to know!) It's a little pricey, but lasts a while so that is okay.

11 months agoDelivery timeGreat tasting product. Only used for a few days so too soon to comment on any increase in energy, although I did a 21 mile hike and don't feel too bad. Delivery to my local shop was great.
