    Spray 4 sprays directly into your mouth or on the inside of your cheek once a day.

      Amazing product! I have used this product for years and have noticed I�m not catching cold/flu as easily since I started using this. And if I�m ill I tend to recover faster than before. I take it during the autumn and winter months. I prefer taking this spray rather than tablets. It�s easy to use and tastes great!

    6. Not great for me

      Unfortunately this product seems to give me an upset stomach when I've taken it. I didn't take it on an empty stomach and it wasn't other food/drink giving me an upset stomach, so i was able to narrow it down to this.
      Unfortunately a waste of money for me and I had to throw it away. I've no doubt it's been useful for others but just not for me and I didn't want to risk anyone I knew using it and experiencing the same.

      Fabulous, easy for children, I was delighted to find a spray form of vitamins!

      Easy to use and a nice mint flavour. I take at night as apparently it's better to take Vit D then, rather than in the morning. if taken in the morning - it apparently can prevent your body naturally absorbing Vit D during the day.

      Nice palatable peppermint flavour spray. Convenient to use. Much better than swallowing tablet or capsule. How effective they are, who knows?

    10. Too hot in the sun? The perfect solution

      Spray into the mouth is best for absorption according to my partners hospital nutritionist. Great for those on Chemo who can't sit in the sun or anyone else who isn't outside much. There is a 1000 version for those of us out and about a bit more that just want to be sure of getting sufficient Vitamin D. Easy to add to the daily regime.
