Directions: Take two caplets daily, preferably with meals. Do not exceed stated dose.

Great for vegans!

I occasionall find my body craves meat products(gravy, meat pie, steak pudding) even though I haven't eaten them for many years. This is when I know my body is low on Vitamin B. This product covers them all. The cravings stop instantly!

Really Makes a Difference

My husband and I have taken these for quite a few years and feel they are very beneficial to us. We did stop taking them for a few months some time ago, but found we had much less energy. Started taking them again and felt the difference within a few weeks. Even though we have a good diet with lots of fresh fruit and veg., we feel these give us an extra boost. As we are both now retired we need all the help we can to stay fit and active.
