      had taken this supplement in my younger years....recently bought this as feeling more fatigued and listless. this def helped me feel more energised and improved my day. i intend to keep taking it.

      I don�t know whether it�s placebo effect or it actually works. But since I started taking this I feel more active and focused. It really (I think) helped me with fatigue. I take this supplement along with vitamin D. I heard some people had headache but I didn�t face any issues like that.
