      I am trying this out as it may help me sleep better, but am not sure it is working.

      I take these daily as they help me to better cope with my chronic health conditions, particularly the chronic fatigue, muscle pain and both mental and physical well-being.

      Smaller dose than I normally take but size of tablets are more manageable

      I use these to help control Restless Leg Syndrome. I take one every morning and it seems to help. If my legs start to feel jumpy I will take an additional tablet at night.

      I started taking Magnesium when I began to experience some symptoms such as tingling in various parts of the body and occasionally restless legs. Both of these have greatly diminished. I am not sure how the magnesium works but it also helps relaxation so I take one tablet before bed.

      These magnesium Tablets have kicked in well and picked me up. I feel the Holland and Barrett range are of better quality in all the vitamins as I always feel the difference as apposed to buying elsewhere
      It's great you can purchase them in different size bottles so you only get what you need.
      Fast working, and highly recommended.
      The only downside, is click and collect doesn't work well in Holland and Barrett, I recommend delivery, however, click and collect would be fantastic if the system worked, as people aren't always home for deliveries.

    10. Magnesium

      The best medication i have ever taken since I stop antidepressants. I sleep a lot better, my digestive system is working as normal, before taking this medication i feel my food does not digest properly.
