11 months agoCovers all basesA good multi covers all bases I used to swallow handfuls of different vits and minerals I must have rattled but with the quality of H&B I worked out I was wasting my money and prob my stomach lining too These have no iron which is good for older people as we can�t manage it as we did in the day If necessary I could add it but as it doesn�t really agree with me unless my gp suggested it I�m happy without it hence only using these top class H&B tabs plus they aren�t as big now (They were a bit like a horse tab )
