Holland & Barrett Glucomannan capsules support weight management. Konjac fibre is a natural ingredient that in the context of a calorie-controlled diet contributes to weight loss.
These Glucomannan capsules contribute towards weight loss when part of an energy-restricted diet. Glucomannan absorbs water in the stomach, and then expands to potentially up to 50 times its weight. Glucomannan is extremely high in fibre and therefore the dosage is lower compared to other fibre-based supplements.
The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3g of Glucomannan - in three doses of 1g each, together with one to two glasses of water, before meals and in the context of an energy-restricted diet.
