      During 2020/21 I found my energy levels dropped considerably. I heard from a friend that I may need B12. These from H&B have been great, my energy levels are back to normal. Highly recommend.

      The newspaper reads that if you have a tongue bite or a mouth ulcer, you may be deficient in vitamin B12. I bought a bottle and tried it. Sure enough, the symptoms are much better. Thank you for this Product!

      Last 2 months, I bought Vit B12 (1000ug & 120 tablets) with the price �5.20/ each so �15.60 for 3. I bought me and for my friends. Today, they gave the deal BUY 1 get 1 FREE however the price for one is equal with the price I bought for 3. It's a joke. DON'T TRUST THEIR DEAL

    8. Massive support but a mistery on their colour

      My partner and I are in our 40s and we've been using these Vitamin B supplements for over two years, with regular breaks: they really do work. They�ve made a noticeable difference to our energy levels, strength, and overall resilience. The only thing we can�t explain is why some bottles have pink tablets while others are white. We prefer buying the pink ones, as their expiry date always seems to be further away, even though the tablets don�t appear to change colour over time.
      Bit of a mistery, we'll need to ask for a clarification in store.
