      Have osteoarthritis in knees and this doesn't cure it but it certainly helps. I have more stiffness and pain if i don't use it

      No issues in taking them. Quite a large capsule. No after taste. I put turmeric powder on my cauliflower before baking it in the oven as well and gives it a great taste to it.

      I started taking these on recommendation for my fybromyalgia along with other vitamins, so far even though i still have my bad days i feel ease on my aching legs when waking in the morning and as i do try to walk to and from work each day its not as uncomfortable as it was, my legs feel more restful and my ankles dont swell as much. Taking these turmeric with black pepper has helped with my mindset too in relation to the pain that i get everyday, i dont feel so down

    9. Seems to help arthritic pain

      Have used for few years now, it seems to help with arthritic pain in thumb joints, I tried without but went back on them as it did seem to help previously with pain. I have just been advised to stop taking it a week before I have surgery as it can be a blood thinner which surprised me, something I was not aware of, fortunately I am not on Warfarin or similar medication.
