      Good quality tablets but quite a strong flavour. I like turmeric but might be a strong flavour for somebody who doesn't. Quite expensive for a supplement considering a bag of turmeric is much cheaper which could be added to food for health benefits. However, the tablets are a convenient way of taking it with the black pepper making it easier to absorb into the system.

      I am drink this capsules about 3 weeks together with vitamin C and D. Combination together is perfect. This moment only I start to see that I am losing weight.
