      After reading reviews thought I would give it a go, big mistake doing what I thought was good for my health. No where did I find any information about not taking them if you have gall bladder issues, I�ve know I had a gallstone for over 25 years have never had treatment as it�s never given me any problems but after taking these pills for nearly 2 weeks I was in agony. After stopping taking them for 3 days the pain stopped, so I did further in-depth searching other websites found that you shouldn�t take them if you have gallbladder issues and it can cause gallbladder contractions it should say it on the bottle I know it said if you have health issues consult a doctor but as my gallstones have never been and issue I though it would be ok wrong . So take heed do more research don�t just read reviews on this site.
