How to use

Dissolve one effervescent tablet into 200ml of water, per day.
It’s important to stay hydrated during and after training. Do not exceed stated dose.

Nice flavour and tasty to drink. Not sure if I noticed any changes in my energy levels but it did (somewhat) help with my hydration

Not really energy or electrolyte tablets.

Given the name of these tablets I incorrectly thought they were to make an electrolyte drink which could be used post training. In fact they just have a fairly low dose of vitamin C, lower than similar from Lidl but at 4 times the price. No potassium, sodium etc. Taste nice but wouldn't recommend as the "energy" label seems misleading.
