      Bought for an anaemic elderly relative. Iron level has improved in just one month, with no side effects. I would highly recommend.

      My husband and I have been taking this for a month before we realised it was this product making us feel rotten all the the time. Not sure why but it caused both of us to feel off. Bit to mention the tablets smell absolutely awful, like something off, and leave a gross lingering taste. I buy loads of different H&B vitamins but these were NOT the usual standard.

      I've been buying these iron tablets for some years now and find they are really effective. I no longer worry that my iron intake from day to day diet is lacking and I feel confident that my blood is in good order.

      For all those saying their stomach hurts or feel nauseous, listen to your body, maybe you do not require a full tablet, I took half today, I ate half my breakfast had my vitamins then ate the rest of my breakfast. Absolutely no problem at all. If you ever feel sick or pain just reduce your intake and always line your stomach with food! I feel so good I managed to get so much done today I feel great honestly I love it! I also take hemp and omega 3,6,9 max but I only take one capsule as they have made them really hard since the new packaging and my stomach can't take it but it's all good I still feel the benefits. If you don't eat much I suggest you eat a banana and a yogurt and always have your vitamins in the morning and in the middle of your meals try it!!
