      Includes all the seeds recommended for seed cycling making it very convenient for all phases of the menstrual cycle. Despite being a small packet i feel it will last a long way. I use it to top my breakfast yogurt bowls or healthy pancakes. They add a nice crunch to anything im eating.

      I AM TRYING YOUR SEED MIX BECAUSE YOU DID NOT HAVE MY USUAL FLAX SEED AND HAVE FOUND IT MIXES WELL WITH MY BREAKFAST WHICH I ALSO HAVE KELLOGS ALL-BRAN. THE SEED IS ALSO GENEROUS WITH OMEGA 3. I WAS SUPPORTED BY THERESA, A VERY HELPFUL LADY WHO IS ALWAYS HAPPY TO HELP.
