      I havent started this course of vitamins yet, however I have tried a different brand of inositol on its own before, I can never tell if I am benefiting from vitamins of not, but hopefully I will get the benefit of fat metabolism burn from this brand. I have researched this mix of inositol and choline together and it seems to be a positive description.

      The tablet is easy to take and tastes great, plus I feel better already after one week!

    8. Strange aftertaste and low mood

      I took this for a week. Bought it as couldn't get plain Inositol. I found I had a noticable low mood after taking this. Even my partner noticed this sudden change. The tablets also caused a strange taste in my mouth and rather odd breath. Similar to metalic, but not quite the same. I'm now taking another Inositol containing multivitamin and the low moods have stopped, so has the strange taste & breath. So putting it down to the Choline. Will be purchasing plain Inositol next time, which H&B unfortunately don't do.
