    What Are the Benefits of This Supplement?

    • Vitamin D is one of the body’s most important vitamins, helping it with a variety of tasks: Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system and is very important for the body’s structural system, maintaining normal bone and muscle function. Vitamin D3 also contributes to the normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus.
    • When exposed to sunlight, our bodies will naturally make vitamin D3. This process happens when ultraviolet B (UVB) radiation from the sun triggers the 7-dehydrocholesteol to produce D3. Research suggests that everyone over the age of one years should have a daily intake of at least 10µg of Vitamin D per day to protect bone and muscle health. Government advice is that everyone should consider taking a daily vitamin D supplement, especially during the autumn and winter.

    1. Does more than boosting your mood!

      I originally bought this to help boost my mood as I�m deficient in Vitamin D, advised to get this dosage by my GP. It definitely works, I feel more mentally energised and motivated. I�ve also had issues for years (7) with having a potent vaginal discharge, even with regular showers, keeping the area dry and wiping externally in the shower. I am no longer have issues with vaginal �odour� and this is the only thing I have changed recently. My diet is poor as with my water intake. The tablets are great, will bulk buy!

      Total confusion regarding the new packaging which just has vitamin D on the label not D3. I'm still not convinced I'm getting the right pills.
