    What Are the Benefits of This Supplement?

Research suggests that everyone over the age of one years should have a daily intake of at least 10µg of Vitamin D per day to protect bone and muscle health. Government advice is that everyone should consider taking a daily vitamin D supplement, especially during the autumn and winter.

      I decided to take this supplement as a result of recent articles regarding it's benefit. Not only in connection with bone health but it's use in boosting the immune system.
      With lockdown I was grateful to be able to order online and delivery date turned out to be swifter than predicted. The only negative was the difficulty I had in ordering as the system understandably was overwhelmed. You just have to persist.
