Government advice is that everyone should consider taking a daily vitamin D supplement, especially during the autumn and winter.

      I like to take an added source of Vitamin D3 as I'm unable to be out in the sun for very long and for good bone health. I am so pleased to have found these Holland & Barretts own-brand tablets which are so easy to swallow. The fact that they are free from the things that I'm allergic to is amazing and, to my mind, makes them more pure anyway. So far I've been able to buy them on special offer but I would still buy them even if I wasn't able to get a discount. Thank you so much!
