    What Are the Benefits of This Supplement?

Vitamin D3 also contributes to the normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus.
    • When exposed to sunlight, our bodies will naturally make vitamin D3. This process happens when ultraviolet B (UVB) radiation from the sun triggers the 7-dehydrocholesteol to produce D3. Research suggests that everyone over the age of one years should have a daily intake of at least 10µg of Vitamin D per day to protect bone and muscle health. Government advice is that everyone should consider taking a daily vitamin D supplement, especially during the autumn and winter.

      I found this indispensable vitamin at a good price and in perfect quality. To say something bad about it, the pills are too small for the big bottle, or the bottle is too big for the size of the pills.
      Any way, I will buy them when I need D vitamin pills.

      I take these tablets under medical advice and they seem to be getting my Vitamin D level right. But I cannot praise the new tiny tablets. They are quite ridiculous, and although the bottle size has been slightly reduced it is about 10 times as large as necessary, I think you should revert to the previous size which was about right.
