    What Are the Benefits of This Supplement?

Research suggests that everyone over the age of one years should have a daily intake of at least 10µg of Vitamin D per day to protect bone and muscle health. Government advice is that everyone should consider taking a daily vitamin D supplement, especially during the autumn and winter.

      Bought when on offer, great value! Really easy to take as tiny, in this part of the world (Scotland) we don�t get enough of this vitamin through sunlight, so glad to have found these.

      Hi, I have user this range of vitamin D before and they do ye trick as I have a deficiency so require these regular so only taking 1 a day is easier and last most of the year. I bought these on sale so was a bargain.

      These tablets used to be of a normal size like all the others. Now they have gotten so small that one loses them and they are always stuck in the mouth when taking with other supplements.
      For myself, I can only say, I hesitate to buy any more that are of this difficult size to manage and wonder why the change anyway.

      These are great vitamins recommended by my GP and are so easy to buy at H&B. Love the click and collect service as our local store has been temporarily closed due to a recent fire.
