    What Are the Benefits of This Supplement?

Vitamin D3 also contributes to the normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus.
    • When exposed to sunlight, our bodies will naturally make vitamin D3. This process happens when ultraviolet B (UVB) radiation from the sun triggers the 7-dehydrocholesteol to produce D3. Research suggests that everyone over the age of one years should have a daily intake of at least 10µg of Vitamin D per day to protect bone and muscle health. Government advice is that everyone should consider taking a daily vitamin D supplement, especially during the autumn and winter.

      Have taken these for a few years, and since I see Medics generally encourage Vitamin D taking, I am glad I do.

      Have used vitamins for many years, however we found these vit D tablets very difficult to swallow as they felt very dry, no coating and they stick in your throat, do not feel we could recommend them at all.

      These are a great size for a daily pill, they are really tiny. I bought them on the buy one, bay one for 1p deal, so the price was great. My one complaint is the packaging. 100 of these pills almost fit in a teaspoon, so why is a 150ml size plastic bottle needed? Please rethink your packaging for this item.

      My only issue is that the bottle is very much oversized for the amount in it. Being eco-friendly i think this could be improved
