      Fast delivery well packaged but those capsules are huge and I gag every time I try to swallow one, so the 1000 capsules are not for me .

      Bought this to try out as my wife says it�s good for skin etc.. Abit skeptical at first, but taking this after a month and my skin is glowing and feel more energised through the day!

      Great for the skin and helps keep wrinkles at bay. I take them with Omega 3 Fish Oil or food. I also pierce the capsule and squeeze half into each of my two dog's food bowls. Yes, it's good for dog's too; good for their health and for their coats. Women on the pill shouldn't take high doses. It'll tell you that on the leaflet that comes with the pill. Google it; there are many benefits.
