Directions

Place a drop of hand cream on the back of one of your hands.
Rub them together to spread the cream, then rub your palms together, paying particular attention to your fingers.
If you wish, massage each of your fingers from your palm to the fingertips, finishing with a gentle circular massage over your nails.
