      Very good value on special offer but it could be sometime before any benefit felt.

    4. Hair and Nail wonder

      These are a real wonder when nails and hair are out of sync, after one month hair returning to its shiny old self and nails starting to grow strong again.

    5. Disappointing new formulation

      The H&B 250mg formulation appears to have been discontinued. I bought this as an alternative, but failed to realise that the 375mg on the label is actually for 3 tablets - making this a MUCH more expensive product. The tablets are bigger and start dissolving in your mouth straight away, unlike the previous round tablets, so a lot more water is required to swallow the tablets. Overall very disappointed and will be looking for another brand, despite the old formulation being my go-too for many years.

    6. No benefit at all, suffered with severe cramp.

      Suffered badly with cramp In my leg, yet I have never had leg cramp before, had to stop taking the magnesium tablets, cramp disappeared then, so would not risk taking them again, still not suffered from cramp after 3 months.

      I received these recently, they were well packaged and came on time. I have been using them for a few months now. They work as they should. Great product.

      Bought these to replace the 100mg magnesium citrate tablets I was taking as took 3 per day. With these 250mg ones I only need to take 1 per day and the size is easier to swallow. It�s still early days but so far I�ve not noticed any increase in fatigue so I do recommend them.
