      This is the first time I have used Blackseed oil. The first thing I noticed was that the capsules are only 2/3 full. On asking about this I was told the capsules contain the correct amount of oil stated. Also I was told this size capule was all that was available(?). As far as how this oil has affected me, it really is too early to say what the effects may be.

      Black Cumin Seed oil (Nigella Sativa) is also known as Black Seed oil.

    4. Two descriptions-which one is correct?

      Nigella Sativa seeds and Black Cumin seeds come from two different plants. Black cumin seeds often used as a substitue for Nigella Sativa or Kalonji seeds. Description on the bottle says both plants - so which one is it?

      Unsure about this product and repeats on you for an hour no significant changes but not been taking long enough. Due to the repeating im not sure i will take the rest which is a shame
