      I have used them for many years.

      One of these, a zinc supplement & at least 6 fluid ounces of tonic water & gargle with Corsodyl mouthwash everyday.

      I don�t get I�ll very often & when I do it�s mild.

      The product ingredients say "Black Cumin Seed (Nigella Sativa)" and upon research this is the name of black seed oil in Islam. It is commonly called black cumin oil.

      The main effect I see from taking this as a healthy mid-20 year old is a boost of energy and feeling less lethargic.
