      This product works for me even though the research does not substantiate its effectiveness.Both my knees were agony to walk on and within 3 weeks of taking High Strengh Tumeric with Black pepper I have no more knee issues long term.

      Used to use the regular 400 mg, think my body got used to it, so went onto the higher 600 mg with black pepper, and it does make a difference for the better, will buy again.
