      I am a big fan of Turmeric and bought this one as the usual Holland and Barrett brand I usually buy was not available. Having taken it for a few days I found I was bunged up and breathless. Stopped taking it and symptoms went. I then started again and symptoms restarted so have not taken since. I have noticed another reviewer had a similar response and I am wondering if it is the black pepper. Glad to see my usual brand is back in stock - will not be buying this one again.

      I just feel so much better when i take these pills. I have found i can just take 1 a day, and that is sufficient.

      I do not know whether it is psychological but have noticed a distinct reduction in the pain in my arthritic knees since regularly using these capsules.

      I used to get pains in my left knee which I only felt when climbing into bed. But within 2 days of taking this it stopped before I knew it!

      My husband had an egg-sized amount of fluid on his elbow for two months that wasn�t receding. After some research I ordered these capsules along with the vegan algal. He�s been taking one of each, twice a day. Within two weeks all the fluid and swelling has gone. I�m not saying this is a miracle cure that will work for anybody, but my husband is a huge sceptic and now even he�s convinced. He likes the simple format of the capsules (I make a paste up for hounds).
