    1. Ok if you can tolerate the pepper

      I�ve regularly taken Tumeric but switched to the one with added pepper because I read it helps with absorption however it hasn�t been a success.
      From starting these tablets I�ve suffered acid reflux and an odd breathless feeling in my throat. There was nothing wrong with my chest or lungs when checked but I still felt wheezy. It�s taken several weeks to see the connection but having stopped them for a week the symptoms gradually went. I left it a full 7 days then tried one capsule and the symptoms returned quite severely.
      I�m a great believer in Tumeric but be aware the pepper can cause an issue for some.
      I�m going back to my regular capsules. I�ve never had an issue with pepper before.
