      A little early to say as I was already a user of another (lower strength) brand. I have been using turmeric for a couple of years now and there's a definite improvement to my back ache. The signs are good though as I do feel a slight agility improvement (I feel a bit springier!)

      I have received an awful gut reaction to taking this higher turmeric dose. Previously I took 400mg x2 daily with no obvious side effects. Initially I only took 600 x1 per day for about a week then increased it to the recommended x2 daily. I became very Unwell for two days before easing off gradually. Be very careful about this product.
