      Been taking those since April ( one a day ) I don�t have any pains/aches due to arthritis in neck, back and shoulder also my feet suffer badly from bunion ( very painful ) only able to wear certain footwear! NOW I can wear any shoes/ boots as the pain as gone completely , my gut is also better with the black pepper.

      I read about taking Turmeric with black pepper online. Apparently the black pepper helps the body to absorb the turmeric. I have arthritis and the turmeric appears to have reduced the inflammation and I have less pain. Fortunately the turmeric with black pepper was half price!
