    2. Very confused with dosage

      Just finished 2 tubs of these, over a few months I might add, the dosage on the jar was take 2 a day. My confusion comes from the fact in both � 2 a day � and these � 1 a day � jars each capsule contains the same strength ingredients and yet the � 1 a day � jar states � do not exceed stated dose,
      I purchased this � 1 a day � product thinking they were double the strength of the � 2 a day � jars. So my confusion is , have I been overdosing for over 2 months on the 2 a day jars or am I underdosing on the newer 1 a day dose ??

      Having suffered from chronic telegium effluvium for 18 months my beautiful hair was decimated. I had tried EVERYTHING to stop the hair loss from incredibly expensive supplements to essential oils. My heart was broken. A remark from a nurse about scalp inflammation and my body attacking itself made me reconsider how to approach the problem.       Been taking 50 days now and it�s definitely helping with arthritis in my knee. Very quick to arrive after ordering too.

      This works really well if you have joint pain..I recommend using this product..please don't think it doesn't work after a week you have to give it up to a month before you start noticing a change. In some ppl it might take abit longer..and no it doesn't get rid of your pain altogether but it does help..some ppl it may fully take you pain away and I'd say lucky you..but I do say try it...
