    1. High strength Turmeric DOES make a difference.

      It certainly has made a difference to my painful knee joint.It is now bearable, and I know when I have forgotten to take a tablet.

    2. Capsule Casings Are Different in a Bad Way

      The capsules are no longer a good gelatin material, they are like cheap stiff plastic. Try and break them and they even make a crack sound & split sharply just like plastic, they dont feel right on your tounge neither. I no longer swallow them, I take the capsule apart and mix it in water to drink.

      My previous orders of these were good, but my new order are definitely different, these awful capsules gave me an upset stomach, but no issues now I empty them into water instead.

      The quality has gone down.

      I spotted the benefits of Curcumin in a BBC article, so decided to try it out. There were many cautionary notes about contamination so chose to use Holland and Barrett as I have confidence in their quality control. So far so good. The product is good value when bought on line. The issue I would like to raise is the differential in price between online and the store. Ideally I would like to use the store to get the benefit of their advice, but the cost differential is too great. I think H&B should review this.

      I had the 400 for a month and now the 600mgs for 3 weeks and not noticed any effect at all. I will carry on until I finish but don�t think I would bother again as nothing positive has happened,j
