      I was dubious when I read other reviews, thinking how can a little capsule be so effective....but it is!
      I have arthritis in my hip and had to regularly take pain relief to ease the pain, and a niggle in my knee. After taking this for less than 2 weeks there has been a huge improvement, I'm almost pain free and have taken no painkillers.
      I will definitely continue taking and 100% recommend!!

      I have osteoarthritis in spine and all down my right side, in all my joints, especially shoulder, elbow, wrist and knee.
      I have noticed less pain in knee joint, resulting in more freedom of movement. My latest Xray showed moderate to severe osteoarthritis in knee and severe in C3, X4 & C5 neck.
      In 2013 I had major spinal surgery, resulting in 8 rods inserted in my lumbar spinal area.

      I have definitely noticed an improvement in my movement.
      This afternoon I was able to play, on the floor and on the garden, with my two year old Godson.
      I have not been able to do this until I commenced Turmeric tablets about 3weeks ago.
      I had tried taking teaspoonfuls of powdered Turmeric in hot water and added to tea and coffee, but tasted so horrible, I was not consistent with having it.
      Your Turmeric tablets are so easy to swallow it is no longer a problem to get it down my throat!!

      I have arthritis and told to take pain killers, so I thought I'd give the pills a try. My goodness me, after a few weeks, my joints are so much better. (No more pain killers). I feel great and an added bonus, my eczema has cleared up, first time in many years. My nails are stronger, and don't split and break. I really wasn't expecting all those things.
