      I have been taking this for a year know, especially in the winter months to boost my body against cold, which i am prone to and it's been working fabulously.

      on these for about a month noticed after a few days tummy was getting funny. cramps,,wind and just not feeling right went off then and came ok after about 4/5 days with each day getting a bit better , So when back on then again and stayed on them and now my stomach is in pain almost all the time so they are for the bin

      At last I'm getting pain relief from osteoarthritis in my knees. I put 4 stars as I don't know of it's really the pills, but since I started taking them I've certainly felt the benefit.

      I had heard positive things about taking turmeric to alleviate pain, so I gave it a go. I have only been taking it for about a week so perhaps this is not long enough to get the full benefit, but whether psychological or not i do seem to have less pain in my hip and knee than before I started taking them. I will persevere.

      Have used Tumeric for ages and had to add the black pepper. It will be so much easier now it is included
