      Holland & Barrett Organic High Strength Tumeric with Black Pepper has solved my search. I have been using tumeric for years and was aware that including black pepper in my diet increased the absorption rate. I'm not a fan of pepper on my food and the thought of taking it neat was out of the question. I toyed with the idea of adding black pepper to the tumeric capsules but found this to be impractical. Then I saw that H & B had tumeric combined with black pepper on their shelves and the next time I bought tumeric added this to my basket. Now I can't say that my body is absorbing the tumeric more efficiently but I trust H & B to research their products and so am assuming that it does.

      Only took one capsule for three days gave me bloated stomach, unbelievable wind, stomach pains and constantly feeling sick.

      After taking it for 7days the pain in my hip has lessened and I could walk the dog without stopping I was told I will need a new hip. I could walk faster after two weeks and had no more pain when walking
