      It tastes and smells of turmeric which is horrible. I've had another brand which doesn't, so I will be returning to those.

      I started taking this for help with perimenopausal symptoms but it has actually made a real difference to my catarrh. I usually have rivers of it running down my throat but after a few weeks both that and the accompanying cough had almost completely gone. At one point I ran out of tablets and after a while the catarrh returned. I make very sure I have a stock of these now!

    10. No more iffy knee

      Ive been taking Turmeric for some time now. I had a reallytricky knee,couldnt kneel on it or walk on uneven surfaces. Now can do both...and no pain. The turmeric with black pepper is even better.
