These softgel capsules contain EPA and DHA, which support the normal function of the heart, brain, and vision. Specifically, DHA helps maintain normal brain function and vision, while EPA and DHA together contribute to heart health. To achieve their beneficial effects, a daily intake of 250mg of DHA and EPA is recommended, along with Linolenic Acid (LA) for maintaining healthy blood cholesterol levels. Suitable for vegans, these capsules offer a convenient way to enhance your omega fatty acid intake.

      Vegetarian and these are an ideal option for omega supplement. Dispite size of capsule, they are soft and easy to take. No after taste. H and B always great service.

      Product is below par. Even if I take recommended 3 a day I don't get adequate nutrition.

      I would give the produce full rating but the reason it is lower is due to the plastic waste. I bought two containers and all the contents fitted into one. Hence the second was a total waste of plastic!!!

      The packaging that arrived was different to that which was on the website. The contents were exactly the same though.

      This was exactly what I wanted but the capsules are too large to swallow. PLEASE make them smaller!

      I can't swallow tablets, I have to bite down on them

      I was pleasantly surprised by the taste of these, It's not good by any means but it's not fishy, not real lingering aftertaste on the tongue or at all when burping

      I tried flaxseed oil, this is apparently a much better type of omega 3 and it's a much better taste too
