To achieve their beneficial effects, a daily intake of 250mg of DHA and EPA is recommended, along with Linolenic Acid (LA) for maintaining healthy blood cholesterol levels. Suitable for vegans, these capsules offer a convenient way to enhance your omega fatty acid intake.
