      These thiamine tablets smell & taste most unpleasant, there again everyone is different but I just couldn�t get on with them & threw them all away. I prefer a brand called Mobu Vit B1 Thiamine, not so strong smelling and easier on the tongue. H&B�s laboratory men/women need to better refine this product.
