      I have started taking the tablets and I have not been taking them long enough to measure the benefit but I will give an update in a month's time.

      These tablets are fine, you get enough for 4 months and they are easy to swallow. They start to dissolve in your mouth and taste marmitey, so would be better if they were in capsules.
