    • When exposed to sunlight, our bodies will naturally make vitamin D3. This process happens when ultraviolet B (UVB) radiation from the sun triggers the 7-dehydrocholesteol to produce D3. Research suggests that everyone over the age of one years should have a daily intake of at least 10µg of Vitamin D per day to protect bone and muscle health. Government advice is that everyone should consider taking a daily vitamin D supplement, especially during the autumn and winter.

      Happy with my vitamin D tablets which were on sale! The packaging is yellow and bright and the tablets will last for a couple of years which is great! The tablets are small enough to swallow easily.
      Only one thing is the plastic containers, often I shops the containers are much bigger than required. This can be reduced so that less plastic is used.

      Packaging has changed and so has the quantity. Use to be 250 tablets and now there's only 240 tablets, but yet the price has stayed the same. Not happy about this as i purchase Vitamin D tablets all the time.

      I have been using these for two years as Scotland had a lack of sunshine. Swear by them.

    10. Great- stops hot flushes

      Stops hot flushes & night sweats if menopause within 2 days- take 2 with evening meal, or up to 6 across day if needed. Ive given it ti women who have suffered years with night sweats & its stopped them. Should be on NHS! Ancient natural remedy used by women in N. America.
