These softgel capsules contain EPA and DHA, which support the normal function of the heart, brain, and vision. Specifically, DHA helps maintain normal brain function and vision, while EPA and DHA together contribute to heart health. To achieve their beneficial effects, a daily intake of 250mg of DHA and EPA is recommended, along with Linolenic Acid (LA) for maintaining healthy blood cholesterol levels. Suitable for vegans, these capsules offer a convenient way to enhance your omega fatty acid intake.

    1. Better than fish oil

      I highly recommend this algal oil. It�s made my skin softer. I like that it doesn�t have the after taste fish oil has. I definitely won�t go back to fish now that I�ve found a better alternative!

    2. Made with evening primrose oil

      I bought these by accident thinking they were just omega 3, but thought I might as well take them anyway. After a few days I got water retention and breast tenderness and then I read the blurb and realised they contain evening primrose oil and it has a hormonal effect. I wouldn't buy them again.

      Good quality tablets, with out a weird smell wich is nice but they�re pretty big!

      Gave me bad reflux and trapped gas even when taken with food. Will just try and incorporate into my diet more naturally.

      These vegan capsules are nice and small and easy to swallow. The capsules are soft so don't get stuck in my throat. I have been taking them for a few weeks with no side -effects.

      Being vegetarian, I have been looking for something to help support my heart function, as I am not getting any younger. Many capsules have animal by-products in them, so to find these is great. Although these capsules are not the smallest, they are easy to swallow and I am happy so far, so will continue taking these for the indefinite future.
